The Kelowna Beer Institute

Located in the heart of Kelowna's Cultural District at The Kelowna Beer Institute our goal is to be your local community hub. Our space is designed to be open and friendly and we welcome all into it. We want to be your 3rd space, that spot you don’t call home and is not work - that space you go between both to relax, laugh, catch up with good friends, meet new friends, or just take some time for yourself.

All our beers are brewed on site right here in the Beer Institute by our brewmaster and co-owner with over two decades of brewing experience - Dave Gokiert.  We brew in small batch and serve it in it unfiltered from tank-to-tap at it's freshest state. We have built the Kelowna Beer Institute to share our knowledge and passion for craft beer, have a question about beer? Ask us and we would be happy to share our knowledge with you about the best and most amazing beverage in the world - BEER.

Our kitchen works closely with our brew-master to ensue each dish, from the wings, to nachos, to in house made pizzas and sandwiches pair perfectly with your beer. We also incorporate beer in the ingredients of our food as much as possible to showcase why beer is so much more versatile than other beverages to cook with. Each menu item is truly inspired by our beer and available to enjoy on site or to go!
